Budget

The Association has a budget to cover expenses which are the responsibility of the communtiy. This includes landscape maintenance and snow/ice removal in the commom areas owned by the association, legal, accounting, administrative, and other fees incurred by the HOA.

Our only source of income is from the yearly dues assessment paid by homeowners (due annually in January). Assessment notices are mailed to homeowners in December. The budget is available to any homeowner. To obtain a copy please contact the Secretary and provide your home address.
