Board of Directors' HOA Meeting Schedule for 2022

There are two types of meetings as noted below.  All meetings are open to the community. Time is always allocated to hear comments or concerns from the community. The board encourages homeowners to attend and make their voices heard.

  • Bi-monthly meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the second Wednesday of every even month (schedule below).

  • Annual meeting and Election is held in conjunction with the August Board of Director's meeting.

NOTE: Beginning April 2022, all meetings will be held in-person at the Mount Airy Volunteer Fire Company, 702 N. Main Street, Mount Airy, MD 21771.

In 2022, the board will meet on the following dates. The meetings begin promptly at 7:00 PM and usually run for 45 minutes to one hour.

  • Feb 2 - Complete
  • Apr 13 - Complete
  • Jun 8 - Complete
  • Aug 10 (Annual Meeting and Election) - election concluded 8/5/2022. 
  • Oct 12
  • Dec 14

The Board is considering virtual meetings in 2023. Homeowners will still be able to attend and participate. Updates will be posted on this page towards the end of 2022.
