Board of Directors' Meeting Schedule for 2020

There are two different types of meetings which are held by the Association.  The first is the annual meeting, which is held in conjunction with the June Board of Director's meeting.  The annual election is also held at this meeting.

The second type of meeting is the bi monthly meeting of the Board of Directors.  All of these meetings are open to the public.

All meetings are held at the Mount Airy Volunteer Fire Department Building, in the basement meeting room.  The meetings begin at 7:00 PM.  Time is always allocated to hear concerns from the community.  The board encourages homeowners to attend and make their voices heard.

The board will meet on the following dates:

  • Feb 5 (held)
  • Apr 1 (Cancelled due to COVID-19 situation. Please contact one of the officers via email if you have an issue)
  • Jun 3 (Annual Meeting and Election)
  • Aug 5
  • Oct 2
  • Dec 2
