Board of Directors' HOA Meeting Schedule for 2023

There are two types of meetings as noted below.  All meetings are open to the community. Time is always allocated to hear comments or concerns from the community. The board encourages homeowners to attend and make their voices heard. Beinning in 2023, the Board will meet virtually via Zoom.

  • Bi-monthly meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the second Wednesday of every even month (schedule below).

  • Annual meeting and Election is held in conjunction with the August Board of Director's meeting.

In 2023, the board will meet on the following dates. The meetings begin promptly at 7:00PM and usually run for 45 minutes to one hour.

  • Feb 8 - Complete
  • Apr 12 - Complete
  • Jun 14 - Complete
  • Aug 10 - Annual Meeting and Election - Complete- the schedule for election and ballots was announced during the June meeting.
    • NOTE: This meeting was rescheduled from the original date of August 9 due to schedule conflicts.
  • Oct 11
  • Dec 13 - last meeting of the year.

NOTE: Beginning February 2023, all meetings will be held virtually via Zoom. Contact Secretary/Treasurer, Sharon Yeager to request the Zoom information to attend a meeting.
