Board of Directors' HOA Meeting Schedule for 2024

There are two types of meetings as noted below.  All meetings are open to the community. Time is always allocated to hear comments or concerns from the community. The board encourages homeowners to attend and make their voices heard.

NOTE: All meetings will be held virtually via Zoom. Contact Secretary/Treasurer, Sharon Yeager to request the Zoom information to attend a meeting.

  • Bi-monthly meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the second Wednesday of every even month (schedule below; some exceptions apply).

  • Annual meeting and Election is held in conjunction with the August Board of Director's meeting.

In 2024, the board will meet on the following dates. The meetings begin promptly at 7:00PM and usually run for 45 minutes to one hour.

  • Apr 10
  • Jun 12
  • Aug 14 - Annual Meeting and Election - the schedule for election and ballots will be announced during the June meeting.
  • Oct 9
  • Dec 11 - last meeting of the year.
